Homework

Homework will now be done nightly, rather than a weekly homework packet. By doing this, your child will be able to review the concepts that were covered in the lessons that were taught that same day. It is extremely important for these assignments to be completed each night! Please make sure your child has that work done and with them when they are dropped off at school. Thank you for your support!

Math
This week, the students will bring home two math worksheets for each night. One will be the back side of the Saxon worksheet and the other will be a multiplication worksheet. The math worksheet that comes home on Friday is optional, and the students who do the work will receive a reward.

Reading

The book report project I sent out last week is due on Friday, March 5th, but your child may bring them in sooner as long as they are complete. The students will bring home the instructions and 10 tag board strips. I am providing these strips for the book report, so please have your child remove them from his/her folder before they get lost. I won’t be handing out extras. Thank you and I look forward to seeing their book reports!
