Reminders and Announcements

AIMS Testing- On April 12th your child will be taking the AIMS test, which will cover reading and math. Last week I sent home a form that provides you with information about the AIMS test. I also included a practice test for both reading and math. It would be beneficial for your child to work on this packet at home. The concepts covered on the practice test will more than likely be on the AIMS test.

Bookman’s 2010 Reading Challenge- Please continue to log the books that are being read at home. If you need extra forms, please have your child ask me for more. Thank you for your support! Happy reading! 

Homework

Math
This week, the students will bring home two math worksheets for each night. One will be the back side of the Saxon worksheet and the other will be a subtraction, multiplication, or division worksheet.

Spelling

The following is the spelling homework for the week:

Tuesday- Copy each word three times.
Wednesday- Write all 20 words in alphabetical order.
Thursday- Choose 10 words and write 10 complete sentences.
